Course outline

Leadership Essentials is broken down into three courses.


It covers a range of skills including communication, decision making, strategic thinking, empathy, and adaptability. 

The course is 100% online with 12 months' enrolment to enable a flexible learning schedule around work and / or school commitments. 

Each course takes approximately 4 hours to complete and can be done in any order at your own pace. 

  • Course 1 – Being a great leader 

  • Good leadership drives business success, but poor leadership can destroy it. Learn leadership skills and become a role model to help grow your business.

  • Course 2 – Communicate as a leader 

  • Effective and respectful communication are the hallmarks of good leadership. Learn different modes of communication to help get your message across and become a better leader.

  • Course 3 – Critical leadership responsibilities 

  • Leadership is a key skill in driving team performance. Learn your role and responsibilities as a leader, understand ways you can continually improve, discover change management practices, and find out how to delegate effectively.
