Project Management Essentials is broken down into three courses.


It covers a range of skills with a systematic approach that allows you to plan, execute, monitor, and control all aspects of a project from start to finish. 

The course is 100% online with 12 months' enrolment to enable a flexible learning schedule around work and / or school commitments. 

Each course takes approximately 4 hours to complete and can be done in any order at your own pace. 

  • Course 1 – Defining a project scope 

Properly defining and managing a project scope is essential for accurate resourcing and meeting deadlines. Learn how to ensure your project delivers the required outcomes on time.

  • Course 2 – Developing a project plan 

A well-constructed project plan that covers the goals, resourcing, risks, contingencies, and timeframes can be better managed to deliver on time and within budget. Learn how to plan well. 

  • Course 3 – Administer and finalise projects 

Keeping projects on track is an essential skill. Learn key elements of project management to bring your projects in on time, within budget, and how to report on successful project completion.
